Question error 0FL01 when flashing rx5700xt

Hi, I just tried to mod the bios of a sapphire nitro 5700xt using the amdvbflash v3.04 on this site, but I get error 0FL01. When I googled this it said to make sure I am using the version 3.04 from Igor'slab ....but that is the one I am using.
It worked fine for my other 2 sapphire nitro 5700xt, just not this one.

Any ideas? thanks

additional.....it is possible somehow that the flash worked, because after restarting the miner, i noticed an improvement in the hashrate, and now AMD software allows me to lower voltage to 725mv, so maybe it has worked even though it gave this error? Strange.
