Does anyone have experience in tuning and optimizing the
AMD Radeon Pro Duo Polaris

The Duo achieves in STOCK approx. 50 MH/s
But needs relatively much WATT

I think you could also work with lower timings in the BIOS.
Less clock, less voltage and better RAM timings would be the goal.

Can someone help me or send a link to a guide where someone has already dealt intensively with the card?

Sorry I do not understand. In Look at other posts there is quite normal talk about mining.
