Question 5700XT replacement fans

This XFX 5700 XT model uses 2x90mm and 1x100mm fans. The middle fan spins for a few seconds and quits. A few seconds after the middle fan and middle fan alone stops, it restarts again for just a few seconds. So I figure I have to yank the card and replace the fan (or all 3 fans if I cannot just replace one.)

Where do I get replacement fans? Or, what would be the best approach to address the middle fan spinning problem?
