Hello and welcome here on the board

As a natively english speaking person it would have been the better choice for You to write in english I suppose ´cause the google translator is somehow a little bit awkward. Lot´s of people here on the board are capable of speaking english - most of them probably far better than me.
Beside that there´s both a significant increase in speed on Windows 10 and 11 and I think that INTEL will complete it´s CPU line-up with far more models in the upcoming months - they only released those with the best profit margin at first.
When You decide to get on the socket 1700 platform I indeed suggest to take DDR 5 despite the price difference at the moment. There will be an comparison here on Igor´s Lab between DDR 4 and DDR 5 soon as I understood in one of the two the big Alder Lake test reviews.
The board prices are fairly high at the moment, so is the DDR 5 memory. For me, the question would be much more whether it´s really advisable be on the early train this time. If overclocking is an real issue for You, I´d recommend exactly the boards @Igor Wallossek takes for his tests.

Hi, Thank you very much for the suggestions. Also I was not aware I could post in English, thanks.

I agree that LGA1700 will have an upgrade in the future with Raptor Lake and DDR5 is also my preference since it helps vastly in MT workloads that I saw on Anandtech at the moment plus it doesn't effect games since its high speed on top Intel may only choose DDR5 since Zen 4 will also be coming. I only mentioned price because LGA1700 vs LGA1200 the new ADL has best pricing as Intel didn't reduce any pricing for 10th gen I doubt they will. I wanted a long living option for my money that's why 😅 LGA1200 is on my mind, but every Z590 is having some sort of issue lol - Apex has Audio problems, EVGA has LED issue and VRM fans, Tachyon has Memory layout. Again going Z690 is not an issue for me in financial aspect but Z790 might also show up with DDR5 only and etc and Intel always does 2 Chipsets per CPU socket, maybe this time it will be 3 no idea and other things which I had mentioned.

I included my original English script in the below spoiler.

Hello thank you for your review, I read through your content a lot on the 3090 Thermal Pads and few stories which are commendable. Sorry for my late message.

Please excuse for the very long message..

I wanted to get a Z590 platform because of the new DDR5 era start and the whole big little show, now Intel ADL is launched I went through all reviews the 12900K is a solid CPU but it's the beginning of Intel's new uArch design and new Socket with no longevity plan and lot of Windows 10 and 11 Scheduler things I read on Anandtech. Then the whole E cores are merely SKL cores at 3.9GHz clock which add 2500CBR20 pts to the 8K P cores making it to ~10K total points and as per TechPowerUp testing I found the E core do not do much in gaming and instead are worthy for HT tasks only, plus P cores are real deal of ADL platform.

Coming back to Z590, I think EVGA Z590 DARK is a solid board and all premium features like this with x8 SATA and 2 DIMM board and great BIOS, but Gear 1 is hard there as well. Anyways the board has a lot of LED issues plaguing the forum and it's too expensive plus it has active VRM cooling (which questions the longevity). And finally that ALC1200 which Z590 Tachyon also has which is bug free vs the Apex XIII with ALC4080 that has nasty bugs also that ALC4000 cannot run Windows 7, I will use a DAC anyways in that case Schiit Modi 3 with AKM4493.

I plan to run Windows 7 64Bit and 10900K (Noctua DH15-S) with the same RAM you tested G.Skill DDR4-4000 CL16 2x 16 GB Kit F4-4000C16D-32GTRS, do you think this board can clock the DDR4 at 4000MHz XMP on 10th Generation ? or will that also cannot be possible on this. Gear 1 and Gear 2 I think is a whole mess on RKL platform and extra PCIe 4.0 is barely useful and how the 2C4T of 10900K are better and it runs cooler than 11th gen. Also I plan to run WD REDs on 6x and 2x will get Samsung 860PRO MLC SATA, no NVMe drives are of my interest due to no use for my use case - Gaming on old titles and Light production of Remuxing 4K Blurays and 1080P Blurays so I finalized APEX XIII, Z590 DARK, Z590 Tachyon. I have my GPU ready it's RTX3090 FE which has 472.12 as last Windows 7 non DCH driver from September,I will dual boot Windows 10 LTSC 1809 or upcoming 2021 release for any future DX12 titles like STALKER 2.

Could anyone kindly suggest which board is best for my use case including the Windows 7. I saw someone at Win-raid forum get A5 BSOD on Tachyon but fixed it with acpi file , Luumi the OCer ran Windows 7 on Z590 DARK on his channel. Apex has latest BIOS that supports Windows 7 on it too . ASUS actually provides a solid Microcode updates to the platforms and lot of users are running their boards on OCN it seems like good option. EVGA is equally good but it has issues as I mentioned above. I do not know much on GB Aorus one.

Thank you for your time. I hope someone can help me out.

I don´t believe the 10th generation to become much cheaper either. How the upcoming Zen4 will affect prices esp. on the upper end of the 1700 platform will be an interesting question which will be answered as soon as the 1st or 2nd quater of 2022. So I´d probably wait for those to come even with a usually quite sophisticated and stable socket 1200 at hand. For heavy workloads I still use the 2066 platform (with both an 9980xe and an 10980xe) even as it is yet a little bit outdated but sTRX40 is way to expensive for my (non commercial) needs. I personally would not combine the socket 1200 with DDR 5 due to the current price tag of the memory.
